Rebecca Woodhull, Ph.D., is the director of IOES. Dr. Woodhull's work in the DACUM technique of curriculum development and Structured Group Interview (SGI) technique of task list verification is known on a national level. She is an experienced educator and trainer who has done extensive research using the DACUM process, change theory, occupational analysis, and the implementation of competency-based education.
Debbie Potts offers over twenty years of experience developing and verifying task lists for use in curriculum development. She served on the Carl Perkins State Committee of Practitioners; is a former president of the Illinois Vocational Association; and twice was a delegate to China to study vocational, technical, and special education programs. She currently serves on the Association for Career and Technical Education's Board of Directors.
